Clorox is seeking a skilled Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely payment from our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize cash flow.
- Analyze customer payment trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management on outstanding receivables and collection efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other business areas to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash and Credit and Collections procedures.
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
