Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and account managers to develop and execute account plans, focusing on backlog management and forecasting.
  • Provide complex and less transactional support, understanding customer needs and requirements to improve service levels and relationships.
  • Liaise with account managers and internal staff to ensure seamless account management and coordination.
  • Align with support teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Support sales teams with forecast validation and collections activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardizing operational procedures.
  • Work independently, referring complex issues to higher-level teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • SAP or Salesforce system knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
