- Liaise with account managers and internal staff to ensure seamless account management and coordination.
- Align with support teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Support sales teams with forecast validation and collections activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardizing operational procedures.
- Work independently, referring complex issues to higher-level teams.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- SAP or Salesforce system knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
