Key Responsibilities- Interface with cross-functional teams, including Business Office, Production, Procurement, and Planning, to develop and implement production and shipment plans that align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in their design and implementation.
- Collaborate with planning teams to review and analyze customer requirements and changes, and assess costs and feasibility.
- Support new product introductions and coordinate with Business Office to negotiate with customers on materials management-related activities.
- Provide customers with technology information, supplier capabilities, and market trends to support SCM activities.
- Review and assess SCM's ability to meet customer requirements and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Partner with Business Office to identify and implement SCM process improvements.
- Coordinate Bill of Material analysis and ensure supply continuity.
- Manage customer relationships and obtain and disseminate SCM feedback to the team.
- Three to six years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
