Job Title: Real Estate Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote (EST Time Zones)

Salary Range: up to 1800 USD Base + commissions


Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST); Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)


**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sagan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving sales growth.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
  • Manage leads through our CRM system (Podio) and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Assess property values using market data to set up acquisitions for success.
  • Work closely with our acquisitions manager to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our sales process and scripts to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Track leads, perform detailed lead scoring, and record data accurately.


**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in outbound phone sales and CRM systems (Podio experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with little to no detectable accent.
  • High level of comfort making 200+ calls daily and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a sales pipeline.

  • Engineering or technical coursework.
  • Experience in enterprise computer hardware or data centers.
  • Familiarity with technology trade shows and conferences.
  • Expertise in branding, design, or inbound marketing in the B2B space.
