Market Development Leader for North America

At Selection Book, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence in the North American region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role within the cosmetic CPG, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods industries.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of developing markets and achieving sales targets.
The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the North American market.
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods sectors.
- Promote the business portfolio to clients within the assigned industries.
- Provide technical support to clients as needed, demonstrating expertise in material selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both markets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Provide expert market insights to the executive team, contributing to the overall strategic planning of the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
