About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Product Lead to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:

  • You will partner with cross-functional teams to frame business goals and value pools, shaping product propositions that deliver transformative business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop product vision, strategy, market/user research, always keeping the customer at the forefront using design thinking tools.
  • Represent client interests in ideation workshops, identifying new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options.
  • Iteratively develop solution hypotheses based on user research, industry trends, and market analysis.
  • Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate learning through user testing.
  • Translate product vision into a well-defined roadmap containing prioritized features that realize the product vision and value.
  • Validate and present business cases to C-level executives, ensuring the team prioritizes the right features.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer among cross-functional teams, always understanding customer needs.
  • Establish objective goals for the product with success criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Mastery of Lean Agile practices and frameworks is essential.
  • Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers to ensure alignment towards PI objectives.
  • Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers.
  • Represent industry best practices and market trends to assist clients in maintaining competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority.
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor high-performing teams of Product Analysts to continually improve developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services.

    Your Skills & Experience:

    • Experience in software solution development products, ideally in e-commerce.
    • Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles that maximize flow of value with a passion to extend this understanding throughout the organization.
    • Demonstrated success creating digital products vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services - from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality.
    • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on customer-focused products and services.
    • Proven ability in collaborating and leading Program Increment (PI) cycles.
    • Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
    • Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate ideation.
    • Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product feature increments.
    • Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
    • Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to change behaviors.
    • Influencer in continuous learning and innovation.

    What Sets You Apart:

    • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HCL Commerce, or related.
    • Experience in Retail or Consumer Product industry.
    • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
    • Agile Product Management certification.

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. With a strong compensation package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
