About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Facilities Coordinator at JLL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workspace, providing exceptional support to our associates and guests, and maintaining a high level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, day users, and visitor check-in and check-out process
- Resolve problems associated with building services, including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms
- Conduct daily site walks to assess site and floor conditions
- Liaise with associates, OP, FM, Engineering, Project Mgmt, and vendors to support the functionality of the workspace
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
- Manage receptionist services, kitchen, and office supplies, reorder stock as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, mail collection, distribution, and courier services
- Identify and report any issues affecting the space or workplace experience
- Understand building operational policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures
- Provide support for booking rooms, triaging associate requests, and overall conference tasks
- Conduct daily conference room checks to ensure client readiness and address issues regarding equipment functionality, furniture setup, and state of repair
- Assist with meeting room, space, and Audio-Visual equipment setup
- Maintain inventory of products needed for events, office supplies, etc., in a manner consistent with sustainability measures taken by JLL and the client
- Issue temporary badges and provide information about the building and area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 3 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous
Compensation
$25,000.00 per month
