Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented Market Expansion Specialist to join our Ice Cream Group - Latin America Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in new markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM, driving ice cream expansion to new countries.
  • Business Development: Create and implement governance of new markets across the business, ensuring proper financial models and collaboration with finance, customer marketing, supply chain, CMI & Distributors.
  • Sales Management: Manage end-to-end B2B sales process, executing need analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand the MKT/CD customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and regional stakeholders.
  • Performance Marketing: Collaborate with the media team to constantly improve metrics by implementing the right performance marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with support teams and colleagues around LATAM to drive the sales process.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in trade marketing, customer development, or related field, with experience working with traditional trade, convenience, and drugstore channels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business mind-set and thorough knowledge of consumer needs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Creative and strategic thinker who generates powerful insights and breakthrough ideas.
  • Organizational Skills: Substantial organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details and transform data into action.
  • Communication Skills: Strong strategic and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written).
