* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the testing process.
* Lead, mentor, and manage test team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Oversee the implementation and execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist in the setup and teardown of test environments, facilitating smooth testing operations.
* Drive the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test data and documentation processes.
* Contribute to the recruitment and training of new testing staff, leveraging your expertise to cultivate talent within the team.
* Identify and report risks, actively participating in problem-solving and solution development.
* Coach junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their testing capabilities and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of testing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
* Bachelor's degree in technology or related field preferred.
* Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
* Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
* Passion for video games and a solid understanding of the gaming market.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
* Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software testing standards.
* Demonstrated experience in writing detailed test plans, executing test strategies, and conducting exploratory testing.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile context.
* Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
