Key Responsibilities- Conduct strategic analysis of operational needs to propose specific action plans with short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
- Ensure the team has the necessary headcount to maintain the expected quality standards.
- Diagnose and evaluate training needs and execute training processes focused on quality and safety certifications.
- Evaluate and follow up on identified areas of improvement in performance evaluations to ensure each collaborator's effectiveness.
- Develop, manage, and control department indicators to identify areas for improvement and create specific action plans.
- Actively involved in operational processes and continuously follow up on business strategies.
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs, designing and implementing programs to enhance employees' capabilities and professional growth opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and belonging, promoting an environment where all employees feel valued and supported.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
- Facilitate communication between collaborators and leaders, always seeking understanding and proposing long-term strategic improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least four years in a managerial role and at least two years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Experience in visitor-focused or entertainment companies (desirable).
- Experience in recruiting key positions and mass recruitment strategies.
- Proven track record of leadership in talent management and understanding of organizational development processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
- Professional English Proficiency.
