Service Delivery Specialist

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service in order to achieve client satisfaction. This involves managing resources at the Branch to generate "Exceptional Experiences" from the client's initial contact with the branch.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Promote the products and services of the Institution to clients in the branch and encourage self-service usage.
• Coordinate the allocation of branch resources and employees effectively.
• Contribute to control and security functions by working closely with designated personnel.
• Fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional customer experience, measured through specific metrics.
**Requirements:**
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or referencing in branches.
• Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
**Education:**
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
