We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Account Management Specialist.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain department standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a highly professional environment.

You will utilize early-stage collection negotiation strategies to help customers stay current or reduce their delinquency status.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Two years of experience in customer service or related field

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must

• Ability to make outbound calls on repossessed accounts

• Ability to receive inbound redemption calls

• Ability to make suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due

• Ability to identify accounts that require management review

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service

• Ability to maintain required standards set by the department

• Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures
