IT Service Desk Specialist with Excellent Customer Support

At Intugo, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to provide exceptional customer support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Salary: $22,000 MXN monthly
Job Overview:
The Service Desk Agent is responsible for providing L1 and L2 support services, ensuring high customer satisfaction. They investigate issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve relevant issues. Additionally, they analyze problems, record issues addressed, and provide relevant resolutions.
Key Requirements:
- IT Bachelor's degree from a college or university (preferred)
- Two years of experience as an IT Service Desk agent
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Office365 Portal
- ITIL and TCP/IP protocols knowledge is a plus
- Verbal and written English skills
