Unlock Your Potential as a Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Thomson Reuters, Audit Technology. As a key member of our Cloud Audit Suite (CAS) platform, you will work on delivering accurate and efficient audit and assurance engagements for our customers.

About the Role:

  • You will take ownership of business requirements for product features based on stakeholder and customer input.
  • You will act as a liaison between the engineering team and Product Management to deliver agreed upon features.
  • You will review product needs, instructions, regulations, and/or laws on medium-level projects; implement requirements documents which may include changes to software, using low to medium level programming skills, testing, and providing support to customers.
  • You will ensure that implementation follows the design and directs modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed.
  • You will develop and improve business processes within the technology organization. Participate in short- and long-term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and software development process.
  • You may translate into detailed technology needs with some guidance.

About You:

  • You are a fit for this role if your background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a data, technology or IT environment.
  • Experience in Audit space would be nice to have.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You are self-motivated and willing to drive work forward with minimal supervision. Collaborative, strong team player and contributor, with a track record of excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with an aptitude for clear and effective communication across various levels of the organization.
  • You have proficiency in data analysis, metric development, and reporting.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • You are an agile learner – able to learn something new.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
