About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at nVent. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Enter orders and quotes into our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Manage customer back orders and lead-time inquiries, working closely with Planning and Manufacturing to resolve shipping dates.
  • Price Discrepancies: Resolve price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
Requirements
  • Education: Academic background in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of ERP/order management systems (JDE preferred), and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
