  • Implement moderate enhancements to processes, systems, or products to improve departmental performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Influence policies, practices, and procedures within the organization.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • An advanced level of knowledge acquired through a University degree, complemented by relevant experience.
  • Practical to extensive familiarity with the Carrier organization, its programs, or systems, enabling effective contributions to daily operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or
  • An advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
