Global Treasury Manager for Mexico Entities

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Treasury Supervisor to manage and oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity, funding, and relationships with Mexico financial institutes for Littelfuse Mexico entities.
- Administer all bank accounts, including new accounts, new signers, and maintain clear records internally.
- Monitor and manage bank reconciliations and liquidity management for US and Mexican bank accounts.
- Cash management for Maquiladora and Non-Maquiladora legal entities.
- Work closely with the business to minimize financial risk.
- Review funding needs and monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management.
- Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities.
- Manage treasury operations and controls (cash pooling).
- Manage banking relationships and manage KYC process.
- Drive treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Control intercompany transactions within US & Mexican entities.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, bilingual, and experience in managing the treasury function. Prior experience in treasury accounting, FX, liquidity, cash flow, and financial instruments is essential.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in positions with responsibility in areas such as accounting, accounts payable, treasury, and accounts receivable is required. Advanced business degree and SAP CO, MM, and PP experience are preferred.
You should have strong analytical skills, critical decision-making skills, teamwork ability, and effective communication skills. Experience with manufacturing companies is a plus.
