Job Overview

Zendesk is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Go To Market (GTM) organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales strategy and supporting GTM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and drive sales strategy
  • Support cross-functional critical initiatives and link strategy to operations
  • Identify growth opportunities by regular assessment of business and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to analyze and improve sales productivity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy or analytics
  • Strong understanding of software industry/SaaS sales and marketing models
  • Proficient in CRM and data analytics/modeling tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple priorities
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
