- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as Workday or SAP HCM.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages, such as German or Spanish.
