Cloud Support Technical Solutions Specialist

At Oracle, our Customer Support organization plays a vital role in delivering exceptional post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of multiple Oracle products and platforms, as well as excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
This position requires the ability to work independently, researching and developing solutions to complex customer issues with minimal direction from management.
Career Level - IC3
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and location, to support your career growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and electronic means
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support and providing advice to internal Oracle employees
- Research and develop solutions to complex customer issues, often working independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- In-depth knowledge of multiple Oracle products and platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
