Marketing Portfolio Activation Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a talented Marketing Portfolio Activation Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Front-Line Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing agenda and ensuring alignment with our bottling partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bottler alignment on marketing priorities and strategies, including portfolio priorities, category/brand plans, and innovation projects.
- Develop and implement regional market development plans to ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide market insights for the development of OU- and market-level innovation projects.
- Support localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns within Franchise units.
- Execute local media buying and manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations, promos, and experiential marketing events.
- Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to provide franchise unit-level input on marketing plans and other key elements of broader OU strategy.
- Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on marketing agenda.
- Ability to support negotiations and alignment with key stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate full details of local activation with Bottlers.
- Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization.
- Ability to support and execute media buying in partnership with Mkt procurement and IMX.

Skills and Experience
- Marketing and leadership experience (5-7 years).
- Business, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
