We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the dynamic Saltillo market.

Your primary role will be to develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with customers on-site, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as prospect for new business opportunities.

- Spend Monday planning and scheduling, with on-site visits Tuesday through Friday.

- Develop effective solutions for customers using our vast portfolio of high-quality products (40,000+ items).

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree

- **Bilingualism**: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

- 5+ years of previous sales experience (preferred)

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
