Job Description

As a key member of the Accor Hotels team, the Assistant Spa Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our spa operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing spa operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spa Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the quality of service.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the spa's budget, ensuring that all financial aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Monitor and control payroll and operating expenses to ensure that the spa is profitable.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the management of spa inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and available for use.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and drive business growth.
    • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
    • Monitor and report any health and safety incidents or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or spa management.
    • Relevant certifications, such as a spa management certification.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in spa management, with a focus on operations and customer service.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
