Job Title: Property Systems Manager

Trisept Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Property Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the Innsist Property Management System (PMS) to support hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all Innsist PMS operations to ensure smooth technology integration within Hyatt's Inclusive Collection Hotel portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Directors, Directors of Finance, Directors of IT, and other leaders to establish operational rules and procedures involving the Innsist PMS.
  • Work closely with TCA Software Solutions to implement Front Office systems, ensuring all modules, interfaces, and special processes are installed according to Hyatt–ALG standards.
  • Oversee Hyatt resources providing support for Innsist's Front Office, Spa, and POS modules.
  • Supervise the API Specialist who configures interfaces and integrations between the PMS and third parties.
  • Lead negotiations with TCA Software Solutions regarding new projects, timing, and costs.
  • Provide support and consulting services to commercial teams for business processes related to Finance and Customer Care.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Plan, test, and implement new features and enhancements to core hotel systems while minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions for hotel staff and end-users to maximize the benefits of technology systems.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and digital resources tailored to different skill levels and roles within the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to address user questions and concerns.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with PMS and hotel systems providers.
  • Collaborate with vendors on system updates, following ITIL best practices and DevOps frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all hotel systems, including PMS, point-of-sale (POS), Spa, and other relevant applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of leadership experience in hospitality, with a successful track record managing implementations, training, and documentation initiatives in hotel environments.
  • Strong leadership experience in PMS operations, implementations, training, project management, and product management, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and reservation systems.
  • Experience leading and managing projects in a hospitality IT environment with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to train and collaborate with others in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed, accurate system documentation.
  • Basic Knowledge of Data Security and Privacy Regulations is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to travel by air, car, train, and other means.
