- Assist in the management of warehouse consumables, annual leave, and other administrative tasks.
- Liaise with the project team to obtain necessary information and compile reports for project reviews.
- Arrange meetings, travel arrangements, and manage expenses.
- Build relationships with customers and provide reliable support as a point of contact.
- Manage the office, including reception, room allocation, post, and invoices.
- Travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and visa management.
- Manage expenses sheets in e-tools and provide support in making PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide necessary support to new team members and follow up on vehicle maintenance programs.
- Mandatory: Degree level, driver's license, and company intranet travel bookings.
- Desirable: Shorthand and typing, Senior Secretary course, and English language proficiency.
- Trustworthy, confidential, and discreet.
- Sense of urgency, autonomy, and ability to anticipate and solve issues.
