Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Cemex. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, ensuring the effective management of HR processes and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for various positions, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
  • HR Operations: Coordinate HR activities, including employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Staff Management: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Travel and Expense Policy: Develop and implement a travel and expense policy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Union Relations: Maintain positive relationships with the workers' union, ensuring a stable and harmonious work environment.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Language: Fluency in English (B2 minimum required).
