Overview:

FlexTal Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead our activation team and enhance our market presence in dynamic sectors.

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for guiding a team of market activation leads and representatives, crafting strategies, and implementing best practices to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales within the technology industry, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, demonstrate strategic thinking, and have a proven history of achieving results in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the VP of Operations and collaborate closely with the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic account plans to meet targets and growth goals.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in senior living organizations.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic choices.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of market activation leads and representatives, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Encourage a positive workplace environment that fosters creativity, initiative, and ongoing learning.
  • Develop strategic initiatives for the department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization, applying best practices to boost productivity and performance.
  • Build strong interdepartmental relationships, facilitating communication and cooperation to drive alignment and synergy.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior management regarding operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, people management, customer service, and leadership, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth in a national or multi-regional context.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret market trends.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
  • Ability to navigate between analytical, strategic, and operational aspects of the role.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across various backgrounds.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred experience with US-based organizations.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Technologically savvy, familiar with relevant tools and digital platforms.
