About the Role:

Ith Icoserve is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our efforts in driving business excellence and process optimization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our business processes to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisor: Provide expert guidance to management, identify and implement business improvement programs, manage productivity, and lead internal digitalization initiatives.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze processes, assess feasibility, and collaborate with business process owners to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Benchmarking and Implementation: Benchmark against best practices, implement local and global initiatives, and ensure alignment with Ith Icoserve standards.
  • Technology Expertise: Demonstrate interest and know-how in technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA/RDA), Business Intelligence Tools, Low-Code Applications, and Generative AI.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and participate in process optimization and design workshops as part of an agile project team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Profit and Loss Responsibility: Previous experience is required.

What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?

  • Educational Background: Master's or bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification is preferred.
  • Technology Enthusiast: Inspired by new technologies, with a passion for continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Proactive Mindset: A proactive, early adopter with basic knowledge of algorithms and coding.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cooperatively with both local and international teams.
