Global Oncology Sales and Marketing Leader

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to lead our Oncology sales and marketing efforts in Mexico.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and navigating complex markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive sales performance, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans that meet or exceed business targets, leveraging your expertise in Oncology and experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence, coach and develop talent, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Navigate Complex Markets: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, commercial directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Measure Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing and sales leadership position within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, as well as coach and mentor individuals to achieve exceptional results.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including strategic planning, financial management, and market analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
