Voyagu, a dynamic and innovative tech-enabled travel agency based in the US, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its inside sales organization.

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Inside Sales / Director of Sales to scale and manage a team of 50-100 people in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, and strong analytical abilities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can cultivate sales talent, promote top performers into leadership positions, and drive overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, scale the inside sales team, and foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer success.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents, identify and develop high-potential team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, ensure targets and KPIs are met or exceeded, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and implement sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analytical Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, prepare regular reports for senior management, and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process, handle escalated customer issues, and provide solutions promptly.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; proven track record of scaling and managing large sales teams (preferably around 50 people); experience in the travel tech industry or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of sales processes and techniques, proficient in data analysis and interpretation, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, familiarity with U.S. business culture and customer expectations, experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
