About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Learning & Development Expert to join our team at Grupo Prodensa.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs related to leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and objectives based on organizational goals and individual employee requirements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Design, create, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and gather feedback through various assessment methods.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of training principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with various training methods and techniques, including e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
