The RoleWe're seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Hiring Team in Latam. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the full cycle recruitment process for operational roles across different teams;
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile;
- Driving the recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with key stakeholders;
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool;
- Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs;
- Participating in driving employer branding, culture creation, and development, and other strategic HR projects with the HR team and internal departments;
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be studying Administration, Psychology, or a similar course;
- To have advanced English skills;
