About the Position

This role is responsible for storing files, entering information into ICHB and FreightStream, requesting commercial documents, and coordinating with Entry Writers and Brokerage Manager. The ideal candidate will have good follow-up abilities, strong organizational skills, and advanced English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store files and enter information into ICHB and FreightStream
  • Request commercial documents and upload them into FreightStream
  • Coordinate with Entry Writers and Brokerage Manager
  • Search for and investigate information contained in files
  • Complete reports and keep files current
  • Handle data entry and documentation
  • Manage daily tracing reports
  • Implement changes to the filing system
  • Review documents for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this role is 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST/8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST in the GDL Office.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

Good follow-up abilitiesStrong organizational skillsAdvanced English language proficiency6-12 months of experience in logistics or related fieldsAn International Business College degree or related title
