Role Summary

The HR Associate II will be an integral member of our Corporate HR Team within the HR Solutions Center. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage with various HR functions and support a wide range of personnel across the organization. We seek a candidate with HR experience, particularly in addressing inquiries from both Mexico and the USA, who is eager to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries regarding fundamental HR practices, processes, and policies for both Mexico and the USA through multiple communication channels.
  • Provide responses to basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees, and colleagues, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Handle straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, escalating more complex issues to senior team members or management.
  • Educate clients in Mexico about available services and promote the use of self-service tools such as Workday and My Connect.
  • Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned.
  • Utilize Workday for processing specific employee-related transactions and auditing the work of team members.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR service center handling inquiries from Mexico and the USA is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation, including correspondences and other written materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment.
  • Capability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with effective office practices and etiquette.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, and Workday is highly desirable.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Compensation

The annual hiring range for this position is $17,000 to $20,000.00 MXN monthly. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
