Job Summary:
Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Associate II, Solutions - Bilingual to join our team. As an HR Associate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to our employees and management team in Mexico and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees, and coworkers in Mexico and the USA and escalate as appropriate.
- Educate clients in Mexico on services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, My Connect, and other systems.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
- Continuously create and define process improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
- Desirable minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and the USA's inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.
