Job Description

Job Purpose: Lead, partner and thrive in the Customer Operations team's most exciting transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with third parties to ensure they align with Unilever's interests.
  • Manage contract risk profiles by ensuring adequate schedules are included in supplier contracts.
  • Support the operation of governance schedules and processes for key suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance activities are carried out for key suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current contract processes and implement changes.
  • Support the Global Legal team with ad-hoc requests and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal contract document templates.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships within Unilever and with key third parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional Qualification: Law degree or equivalent experience.

Skills: Contract negotiation skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, 2-4 years' experience in contract drafting/reviewing/negotiating role, strong English language drafting and legal advisory skills, ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and countries.

Benefits

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
