About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Senior Analyst to join our Earnings and Growth Driver Marketing team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive driver engagement and earnings perception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies to drive driver engagement and earnings perception.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Analyze business and marketing data to understand driver pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop compelling narratives and value propositions to build on driver earnings perception.
  • Create end-to-end marketing strategies and scalable campaigns with a regional scope to impact driver engagement and earnings perception.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to develop effective communications for drivers.
  • Analyze marketing data and set clear goals and KPIs to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
  • +4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Experience creating and executing strategic integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptual, structured thinking and problem-solving capability to connect the dots and see the big picture.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills to build relationships and engage with key partners from internal areas.
  • Data-driven mindset to ensure results evaluation and informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Preferred previous experience in start-ups or CPG.
  • Team spirit with a structured mind and positive hands-on attitude to develop multiple tasks in parallel.
