Join our team The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for planning and coordinating the development of marketing campaigns for the company's products and services. The main objective of this role is to contribute to the growth of the business by developing effective and impactful marketing strategies that help achieve the goals set in terms of revenue and brand awareness.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Marketing Analyst, you will: ​

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives;
  • Define the target audience and identify their needs and expectations;
  • Design and implement effective communication strategies that generate interest and engagement among customers;
  • Identify the most appropriate channels for each marketing action (social media, email, newsletters, events, etc.)
  • Manage budgets and monitor performance indicators related to marketing actions;
  • Collaborate with other teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Service to ensure alignment between marketing actions and customer needs;
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of content marketing strategies aimed at increasing visibility and relevance on search engines;
  • Support the development of creative materials and promotional items for use in marketing actions;
  • Monitor and analyze results of marketing actions to measure effectiveness and ROI.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Experience working in a similar position in a B2B environment, preferably within the technology sector;
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, tools, and techniques used in marketing;
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for marketing purposes;
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
