Job Description

We are seeking an E Commerce Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements customized full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Generates insights from data obtained from analysis and bid management platforms to create innovative strategies that optimize conversion.
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives.
  • Owns relationships with different retailers for the correct implementation of campaigns, obtaining valuable data to evaluate results.
  • Correctly manages the ecommerce budget, following up on payments and performing reconciliations with sales and finance teams.
  • Analyzes and implements key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identifies trends, opportunities, and threats within the Mexican digital market, especially in the food category.
  • Acts as a Retail Media expert across the corporation, as well as a data-driven leader.
  • Monitors and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Explores and integrates new technologies and tools to enhance marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field.
  • English and Spanish fluent professional.
  • Experience in working on an Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and Ecommerce preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in brand management, massive consumer goods or related.
  • Al least 2 years of experience in digital roles.
  • Highly-oriented results.
  • Consumer Centric mindset.
  • Search management (Amazon and WM) or programmatic media purchasing background with agency experience.
  • Must have a proven track record in data-rich analyses and be a team player.
  • A self-starter who conveys a sense of urgency, drives issues to closure, and gets things done.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of self service ads platforms such as: Criteo, Topsort, Amazon Ads a plus.
What You'll Get:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
