About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Change Management Professional to join our People Advisory Services team at Iris Software. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support large-scale organizational transformations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver change management programs that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored change management solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on change management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops to support client change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and project teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, organizational development, or human resources.
- Minimum 12-16 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients to develop and implement change management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, including ADKAR, Prosci, and Kotter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, sponsors, and project teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- APMG, PROSCI, or equivalent certification in change management.
- Experience working with HR systems and technologies, such as Workday or Oracle HCM.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
