This role is part of our UKG Dimensions (Workforce Management) migration project. As the LatAm Workforce Management IT Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for managing the deployment process, identifying risks, and collaborating with LatAm IT Leads and business teams.
Your main objective will be to ensure a smooth transition from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions, including interface rationalization, testing, cut-over planning, and go-live support. You will also be responsible for managing SI in support of UKG migration, highlighting issues along with mitigation plans, and supporting technical implementation of business requirements as a sustainable program.
The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, working with Managed Service Partners, and people management. They should also have functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions/Kronos Workforce Central, Dell Boomi integrations, SAP Payroll, and other relevant technologies. Additionally, they should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with various teams and leadership levels, and problem-solving skills.
PepsiCo offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
