We are seeking an IT LATAM Commercial Salesforce Dev Coordinator to lead internal and external resources for IT projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and assisting team members to remove impediments and escalate risks. Key responsibilities include defining project objectives, procuring project requirements, reviewing and estimating effort, delivering estimates and effort assessments, and exhibiting Lean-Agile leadership. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, Agile project management, and commercial processes, with excellent English proficiency and a proven record of leading large teams and managing budgets over $1 million USD. This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
