Responsibilities

The Role:

Collaborate with the Field Sales Operations (FSO) Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team through streamlined communication, reporting, and operational processes. Continuously assess and refine systems to boost performance and capability.

Your Contribution:

As a Sales Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to the national field sales team, including planning and communicating execution priorities.
  • Compile and create all field communications, such as the Monthly Field Execution Deck and 1-1 packs, emphasizing execution priorities and promotional activities.
  • Review existing sales tools and collaborate with IT to test and implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the administration of critical sales tools.
  • Ensure the field team has access to all necessary information and guidance through comprehensive Playbooks.
  • Manage merchandising functions and reporting tasks.
  • Implement system improvements and trial new back-office solutions to optimize operations.
  • Address day-to-day system and field issues, serving as the primary contact for the sales team.
  • Work closely with digital teams to explore innovative technologies for field sales management.
  • Prepare and present solution overviews to the FSO Manager.
  • Assist with all key tasks of the Sales Operations team during absences.

People Engagement:

  • Maintain strong relationships with Field Sales Managers to understand their needs and enhance support services.
  • Collaborate with the support team on performance tracking and general assistance for Field Sales.
  • Assist in organizing business meetings, preparing materials, and engaging in discussions.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving service offerings within the organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in digital tools and current data trends.
  • Background in business analysis, utilizing data and technology to address complex challenges.
  • Skilled in presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
