The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Junior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the PMF/AFH Sales Team in daily Order Entries, new customer onboarding, business reviews, contract uploads, and paybills requests. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to end-to-end initiatives and post-mortems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Update customer account set up and communicate new store openings, changes, and closings to ensure accurate information.
- Support foodservice orders by receiving orders from customers, confirming orders, documenting orders on internal systems, and contacting the plant as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of orders while working on process improvements and time optimizations.
- Track and report KPIs and SLAs related to E2E initiatives and post-mortems.
- Run reporting tracks for AFH customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. No professional experience is required, but advanced skills in communication, Excel, and basic skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred. Intermediate English oral and written communication skills are also required.
