**Job Summary:**

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. Your main objective is to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in line with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

3. Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.

4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and promote professional growth.

6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity.

7. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving disputes.

8. Oversee the compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market and industry standards.

9. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing them with guidance, training, and development opportunities.

10. Oversee and manage labor contracts annually.

**Requirements:**

1. Sound knowledge and understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

2. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and Union.

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop solutions.

**Qualifications:**

2. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

3. Professional HR certification is highly desirable.

4. In-depth knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.

5. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

6. Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of HR professionals.

7. In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
