The Document Support Specialist 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments. Most of the impact is related to quality of execution. Works with limited supervision. May service an expansive array of products/services. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. Understands how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function. Exchanges moderately complex information with others. There may be occasional handling of awkward contacts. Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required. Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information. Applies judgment based on practice and precedence. Selects the best course of action from a broad array of defined options, understanding the consequences of each.

**Key Responsibilities**:

As a Document Support Specialist 4, you will be involved in providing day-to-day operational support to the aligned business. Your activities will include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business. You will serve as a liaison between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients. You will support activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts. You will follow established procedures to complete complex assignments under limited supervision. You will assist in resolving problems that require minimal investigation or research. You will have direct interaction with senior managers to disseminate or explain information. You will train new hires within the work unit. Your duties will include workflow management and interaction with other departments, as well as basic analysis and research.

**Requirements**:

1-3 years relevant experience. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Understands how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function. High school diploma or equivalent. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

Relevant experience in banking/operations/accounting. Basic knowledge of WORD and EXCEL. Analytical skills. Good communication and administrative skills. Experience with systems ADMWIN/ON DEMAND. Basic knowledge of accounting. Attention to detail. Ability to work with a high volume of information. Self-motivated (initiative). Good time management. Analytical skills. Document management. Self-governance. Analysis of data. Intermediate knowledge of EXCEL. Good oral and written communication skills. Discretionary work schedule.
