Technical Support Associate

The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective technical support to customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via telephone, email, or in-person.
- Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system.
- Explain technical details to customers in simple terms.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
