About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Associate to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance to customers via telephone, actively listening to their issues, and documenting customer interactions using a ticketing system. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper follow-up and follow-through for successful resolution of customer inquiries.

  • Technical Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software">
  • Experience Requirements: 3+ years of technical support service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional telephone manner">
  • Education Requirements: AS degree from 2-year college/technical school or equivalent; or six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training">

Benefits

Celekta offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a Christmas bonus, savings fund, vacation days, and life insurance.
