  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of food and beverage staff.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
