About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager is a key member of the Beiersdorf team, responsible for driving the growth of our brand and its portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market opportunities and develop effective marketing plans to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Business Planning
    • Analyze the brand and current strategy to identify areas of weakness and opportunity.
    • Develop local activities to generate brand penetration and consumption.
    • Lead launches and coordinate marketing activities to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Brand Strategy and Execution
    • Develop the brand strategy and ensure all marketing activities and communication are aligned with brand goals.
    • Work closely with different departments and countries to achieve common goals.
    • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Ensure all aspects of the supply chain are aligned with brand and commercial needs.
    • Provide marketing inputs in S&OP meetings.
    • Realistic forecasting of sales, volume, and market shares for the brand.
  • Brand Champion
    • Champion the brand internally to ensure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
    • Support and establish strong relationships with regional and global teams.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Drive for results.
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
    • Highly creative with ability to think outside the box.
    • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
    • Advanced English.
    • Excellent knowledge of Nielsen.
  • Experience
    • 2-4 years of solid experience in Marketing in FMCG.
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
